The Law Offices of Jill Pogach Michaels knows that the process of short sale and loan modification negotiations are an anxious time for our clients. Communication is essential. Our proprietary Online Client Update System is an automated system that allows all relevant parties (homeowner, home seller/buyer and the real estate agents) continuous feedback as to the progress being made during the negotiation process. Emails are generated with status updates and notes for the appropriate person(s).
