Testimonials

"Michelle is wonderful! I have worked with numerous lawyers on shortsales and reversing foreclosures and she is the best of the best. I now only send my business to her. We have worked on 5 or more deals together with a 100% success rate. She is easy to get a hold of by email or phone. She works with loan remediations as well as shortsales and also reverses foreclosures that have already happened. She is very responsive and will make sure you are very aware of what is going on with you file. She will take the time to answer any question or concern you have. The small fee she charges is very worth it in what it can save you from in the long run. All my clients have been very pleased with her as well!"

"She is extraordinarily knowledgeable in the field. Many realtors, title attorneys, and debt settlement professionals will state their ability to negotiate short sales but they simply do not handle the volume or the complexity to fulfill that promise. I am not willing to let someone become educated at the expense of my client’s well being. Michelle and I have worked on cases with large banks (i.e., Bank of America) and small regional banks (i.e., severn savings) and she knew exactly how to navigate the process with each file.

She is responsive and empathetic with my clients. Many of my clients are facing hardship that is painful, traumatic, and confusing so they need empathy and clarity during the process. Michelle is awesome at identifying hardship and communicating that on behalf of her clients to the lien holders.

I know it will get done when I refer business to her. The objective of a short sale is to negotiate a settlement prior to foreclosure, plain and simple. In my experience, Michelle has closed all the sales we have worked together. It takes time and she is not a magician but she is methodical, meticulous, and a fighter which are the characteristics you need for a bank to agree to take a loss.

Michelle is also very intelligent and professional. You may take this for granted but in the residential real estate market there is an abundance of under educated and unqualified “professionals”. I have an MBA and worked as a VP of National Sales for a Fortune 50 company prior to being a realtor so I wanted to associate with great people that shared my values, work ethic, commitment to excellence and most importantly professionalism. Michelle would not receive my referrals if I didn’t feel that she was elite in her field."

"I want to thank you for your outstanding help on resolving our mortgage issue with Wells Fargo. Without your help, I am certain we would have lost our beloved home.

As a reminder, I contacted Wells Fargo last April 09, 2009 and requested help from them, because we had fallen two months behind on our mortgage payments to them.

I have been a commercial real estate broker for the last 20 years and have consistently earned between $100,000-250,000.00 a year for the last 10 years. Up to February of last year, I handled the global portfolio for all real estate for Stanford Financial Group. Stanford started to slow their business in the Fall of2008, and in February 2009, was shut down due to allegations of a Ponzi scheme. Needless to say, all my business went away that day. It was worth between $200,000-350,000.00 to me just in 2009. In the meantime, I have been aggressively working to turn our business around and am presently on the rebound. Ho,verer, it takes, through my experience, a minimum of 6 to 12 months from the commencement of a new clicnt to having revenue income from that client.

Before I contacted you, I had requested a modification from Wells Fargo seven times. I attached the program to our letter we were interested in. I would speak with them weekly sometimes twice weekly and they would always request more (or the same) information I had already sent them. Their phone conversations were always encouraging but about 3 weeks later 1 would receive a letter from them declining my request. In the meantime, I started to make an income again, proving to them I just needed a break for the months I was behind. Each time I would receive a casual letter in the mail declining me. After my hair literally began falling out I started to talk to people going through the same tough times and a co worker of mine highly recommended you. Now, I almost died of cancer in 1989. I have been through a lot, but this was really tough on me. I am a self made successful commercial real broker. They really never gave me any options. When I finally pushed them and begged them to help us, they gave me a sale date. Foreclosure of my beautiful hOme was not an option for us.

The moment you step in October the pressure was relieved and your advice spot on. You recommended me to have a lot of patience and in February of this year we came to very favorable terms. Terms that let me continue to grow my small company without help from banks as I had done before.

Thank you Valerie for your wonderful help, you have made our lives lighten up so we can now spend our energy focusing on making money and paying our debts.

Please feel free to have anyone contact me for a recommendation!"
